Medium armour

Unlike light armor, medium armor provides enhanced protection with the inclusion of some plating and a metal helmet. This plating gives it a chance to deflect swings from bladed weapons, preventing damage. However, this defense is ineffective against blunt weapons, which will damage the armor regardless of its plating. You can lift your visor for quicker stamina regeneration.
